Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to AICSF – All India Computer Shiksha Foundation through online or offline modes for courses, registrations, affiliations, certifications, and other academic services.
1. Course Enrollment Fees
All course enrollment fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of AICSF administration.
- If a course is officially cancelled by AICSF.
- If duplicate payment has been made by mistake.
- If payment was made due to a verified technical error.
2. Admission & Registration Fees
Admission processing fees, registration charges, examination fees, and certification fees are strictly non-refundable once processed.
3. Franchise / Affiliation Fees
Franchise application fees, affiliation charges, inspection fees, and renewal fees are non-refundable once verification or approval process has begun.
4. Digital Courses & Downloadable Content
For online courses, digital learning materials, downloadable resources, and certificate verification services, no refund will be provided once access has been granted.
5. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund request is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, applicants must submit a written request via email within 7 days of payment, including:
- Full Name
- Registration / Enrollment Number
- Payment Receipt
- Reason for Refund Request

7. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made by the AICSF management committee and shall be final and binding.

AICSF reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
